Terms of Use
Last updated July 27, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and DerVort, the Yiddish AI platform. You keep ownership of what you dictate, upload, and the text you get back. A license is per person, so please don't share one seat or resell access, and use the service lawfully. The service is provided as-is, and how we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using DerVort, you agree to what follows.

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and AutomateAnything.ai, the operator of DerVort (דער וואָרט). By creating an account or using DerVort, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use DerVort. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Give us accurate information, and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Your license to use DerVort
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DerVort and its products for your own use. Licenses are per person:
- Single license covers one person.
- Team license covers a set number of people, managed by the team's administrator. A seat is for one named person and may not be shared between people.
4. Acceptable use
Use DerVort lawfully and for your own use. You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense, rent, or share access to DerVort, or share a single seat between people;
- use DerVort to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to create unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content;
- dictate or upload content you have no right to, including recordings of other people made without any notice or consent the law requires;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our models, or probe, scan, or circumvent the security of the service;
- use the service to build or train a competing model, or to scrape it at scale;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or the infrastructure it runs on.
5. Your content and our models
You own what you dictate and the text you get back. We claim no ownership of your dictations, transcripts, or dictionary. To run the service, you grant us the limited license needed to process, store, and show your content back to you, to operate features such as history, playback, re-copying, and your personal dictionary, and to provide it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy solely to produce your result.
We may also use your dictations to improve DerVort's own Yiddish speech and language models. This use is on by default and you can turn it off at any time in your account settings, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your dictations are never shown to other customers and never sold.
6. Accuracy of output
DerVort uses speech and language models, and their output can contain errors, omissions, or misrecognitions. We do not warrant that any transcript, cleanup, or rewrite is accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing what DerVort produces before you rely on it, especially for anything important.
7. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on the cycle shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If we change prices, we will give you notice, and the change applies from your next billing cycle. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
8. Our intellectual property
DerVort, including its software, models, dictionaries we build, design, and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a license to use the service, not any ownership of it. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
DerVort relies on third-party providers (for example, speech and language model hosts, cloud infrastructure, and a payment processor) and may link to third-party sites or apps. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
10. Pre-release features
We may offer features labeled beta, preview, or coming soon. These are provided for evaluation, may change or be withdrawn, and may be less reliable than the rest of the service. They are offered as-is.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using DerVort and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your use poses a risk to the service or to others, or as required by law. If we discontinue a paid service you have prepaid for, we will refund the unused portion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, survive.
12. Disclaimers
DerVort is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DerVort and AutomateAnything.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DerVort and AutomateAnything.ai harmless from claims and costs arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or content you dictate or upload that you had no right to.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in these terms removes consumer-protection rights that the law of your country of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, give you notice. Continuing to use DerVort after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
